A few weeks ago, I took clients to a new construction location in Oceanside, CA called Pacific Ridge. A gated community is being built on the corner of College Ave and Old Grove Road that consists of both townhouses and single family homes. The townhouses range from the mid $400,000’s to the mid $500,000’s and the houses will be in the mid $600,000’s. The community will be made up of over 300 total homes and will have a pool and jaccuzzi at the entrance.
The Grand Opening is set for the middle of June, 2017. The 3 story town houses are called the Lucero models and are 1,500-1,800 square feet. The two story, attached town houses are called the Brisas floor plans and they are also 1,500-1,800 square feet. Altura is the last complex being built and those floor plans are still being drawn out by the seller. If interested in this community, an appointment can be made to check all of the finished models.
